Come join the Creation Club on Thursday, Feb. 19th at 7 pm as we hear from our friend Carl Morgan from the Woodland Museum of Biblical Archaeology as he shares about "Christ and His Creation".

When: Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

Where: Madison Avenue Baptist Church, Fellowship Hall 4148 Madison Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95660 The church is located just west of Hillsdale Blvd. and Madison Ave. (on the south side of Madison Ave.). It is also west of the interchange of Madison Avenue & I-80. It is across the street from Trinity Life Center Church. If you approach from the east side, you will need to go past the church and make a U-turn at Harrison Street and drive back to Madison Avenue Baptist Church on the right. Refreshments will be served during and after the meeting. This is a free event. Please Note: Creation Club donations are now tax deductible. Use church envelopes or write checks to the church designated for Creation Club.

Sat. February 28: Planetary Parade

On February 28, we will see not one, not two, but six planets in the evening sky. Mercury, Venus, Neptune, Saturn, Uranus, and Jupiter will appear shortly after sunset. Four of those planets will be visible to the unaided eye, weather permitting, but only those with optical assistance will be able to view Uranus and Neptune (Mercury can sometimes be harder to spot, too).

Tues. March 3: Total Lunar Eclipse

In March, a total lunar eclipse will be visible for those in North America – especially for those on the West Coast. This event is for the earlier risers, as it will occur right before sunrise on the 3rd. Lunar eclipses occur when Earth is positioned precisely between the Moon and Sun – shading the Moon in Earth’s shadow.
